PR #1861 - MSI Coverage

Atomic Red Team Maintainer Matt Graeber revamped and added additional coverage to the tests for T1218.007!

PR #1897 - Silver Tickets

New contributor "Rich5" added a handful of tests, including one demonstrating crafting Active Directory "silver tickets" using Mimikatz.
