Melanie Kruger

Melanie Kruger ensures that Red Canary continues to be a destination employer for top talent. She has been a talent and organization development leader in the tech startup space for the last two decades. From early-stage bootstrapping organizations to series D companies, Melanie is widely regarded as the go-to People leader within the Denver/Boulder start-up community, working with both Techstars and mentoring founders. Her innovative approach was informed by her career start in Change Management consulting at Accenture, where she trained in large-scale talent and change management. She later found her niche working with dynamic, fast-paced, founder-led tech companies. In her role at Red Canary, she leads the Talent team, overseeing hiring, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
